How can you raise a bilingual child?

How can you help your child develop an interest in the Chinese language and support his or her Chinese literacy journey?

Do you face challenges when guiding your child to speak or learn Mandarin?

On 9 September, Today Got Class will host a panel discussion where experienced educators will share their perspectives on Chinese language learning and bilingualism.

The panel includes:

  • Daphne Low, Founder of Apple Pie Language
  • Li-Anne Sia, Director of Two by Two Schoolhouse
  • Tang Qianhui, Head of Preschool Department of Hua Language Centre
  • Dawn Wang Dongyue, Co-Founder and Head of Teaching and Curriculum of Edugrove Mandarin
  • Jiang Meiru, Founder of Flip for Joy

Conducted in English and Mandarin, this discussion will include:

  • Question & Answer Session (please submit your Questions to hello@todaygotclass.com after you have made the booking).
  • Tips on helping your preschooler build a strong foundation in Chinese as well as be effectively bilingual.
  • Networking with parents and educators.

The discussion is about learning for parents, by parents.

Running concurrent to the parent workshop will be a bilingual sensory play workshop (based on the story book "We're Going on a Bear Hunt") for children 3 - 6 years old, hosted by Tickled Your Senses (Partner of Today Got Class).
